Pre Production

During the pre-production phase of the commercial video project for Forever Young, a makeup brand, we were informed that this would be a comprehensive campaign, not just a single digital video. Our main focus was to create a digital video featuring Surakshya Pant, a renowned actress in Nepal, portraying her story from her morning routine to her glamorous walk on the red carpet. To bring this vision to life, we conducted a recce to scout suitable locations including an apartment, a studio, and a venue for the red carpet scene. Multiple pre-production meetings (PPMs) were held with the brand to ensure alignment on their requirements, creative direction, and logistics. These discussions and planning sessions were instrumental in setting the stage for a successful production.

Production

The production phase was an exhilarating experience that spanned over two days, with a unique twist—it was one of our first shoots to run continuously for 48 hours. Our dedicated team of 20 to 25 production crew members worked tirelessly to capture Surakshya Pant's journey authentically. Collaborating with a professional actress like Surakshya added depth and authenticity to the video. One of the highlights of the production was designing the set for the red carpet scene, ensuring it exuded the glamour and sophistication synonymous with Forever Young. Despite the challenges of filming across three different locations and the demanding schedule, the production went remarkably smooth, staying true to our planned timeline and vision.

Post Production

Post-production was a phase of refining and finalizing the content captured during the shoot. While some team members focused on editing the main digital video, others were engaged in creating a photoshoot and campaign videos for the brand, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all platforms. Surakshya Pant's narration voice was recorded, adding a personal touch to the video and enhancing its emotional connect with the audience. As we pieced together the footage, fine-tuned the edits, and integrated the narration and audio, the narrative of Surakshya Pant's journey from morning to red carpet began to take shape beautifully. The final output was a testament to our collaborative efforts, creativity, and dedication, resulting in a successful campaign that resonated with Forever Young's target audience and showcased the brand's ethos effectively.
