Pre Production

For the CSR video project for Isuzu Nepal, which focused on the donations and gifts provided to a Disabled Orphanage located in Bungamati Karyabinayak, the pre-production phase was relatively streamlined yet crucial. Our discussions with the Isuzu Nepal team centered on understanding their vision for capturing the heartfelt moments at the orphanage. We conducted a recce of the orphanage to familiarize ourselves with the location and logistics. Despite being a CSR project with less emphasis on traditional pre-production, these initial steps were vital in ensuring we were prepared to capture the essence and emotions of the event authentically.

Playback

Production

The production day was a memorable experience filled with emotions and meaningful interactions. With a five-man crew comprising two video cameras, a photographer, a drone pilot, and a production assistant, we were well-equipped to capture every moment. Beyond the technical aspects of filming, the day was about connecting with the children at the orphanage and experiencing the joy of giving firsthand. The warmth and gratitude expressed by the children and staff added depth to our footage, making it more than just a recording but a testament to the positive impact of Isuzu Nepal's contributions. The production day transcended typical work boundaries as we found ourselves immersed in a genuine moment of helping others, making the project even more fulfilling.

Post Production

In the post-production phase, our focus shifted to weaving together the footage captured and creating a cohesive narrative. We collaborated with a senior staff member from Isuzu Nepal who lent their voice for the narration, adding a personal touch to the video. Designing the audio to complement the narration and visuals was a critical step to evoke the right emotions in the audience. Editing played a pivotal role in highlighting the heartfelt moments, ensuring the video resonated with viewers and effectively communicated the CSR initiatives of Isuzu Nepal. Once the editing and audio design were completed, we delivered the final output to the brand, grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this meaningful CSR project and showcase Isuzu Nepal's commitment to making a difference in the community.
